The com 999 Story — How It All Began

It was 2018. Online gaming was a brand-new concept in Bangladesh. Most platforms were foreign, in English, and built with no thought for Bangladeshi users. Payment hassles, language barriers, and a lack of support made things incredibly frustrating for gamers back then.

Com 999 was born to fill exactly that gap. It started small, but the vision was big — to build a truly Bangladeshi gaming experience for the people of Bangladesh. Everything in Bangla, easy payments, and friendly support.

In our very first year, 10,000 members believed in this vision. Their trust and support are what have brought com 999 to where it stands today.

Our Growth Journey

Com 999 has added something new every year. In 2019, the Sports Betting section launched to an enthusiastic response from cricket fans across Bangladesh. Following the mobile app launch in 2020, the user base grew several times over. In 2021, Fish Games and Bingo brought a whole new kind of entertainment to the platform.

Today, com 999 has over 500,000 registered members, with thousands of people spending time on the platform every day. That trust is our greatest asset.

Technical Excellence

Com 999 is backed by cutting-edge technology infrastructure. Our CDN network ensures fast connectivity from anywhere in Bangladesh, while our microservices-based servers can handle hundreds of thousands of concurrent users without interruption.

  • 99.9% uptime guaranteed — your game will never cut out mid-session

Responsibility Is Who We Are

Com 999 believes gaming should be a source of fun, not a cause of addiction. That's why we've made responsible gaming an integral part of our product — not just a policy on paper.

Each member can set their own daily and weekly spending limits. Anyone can temporarily lock their account if they choose. Users under 18 are not permitted to register — this is one of our strictest rules.

Our Members Are Our Strength

Every improvement at com 999 is driven by member feedback. We run regular surveys, collect suggestions, and update the platform accordingly. Your voice genuinely matters to us.
